How will these icons be used?

The primary use for this icon is to "unlock" the ability for a merchant or staff to refund and order to original payment after already refunding the order to store credit. Shopify's legal team requires that Shopify not block a merchant from refunding to original payment, even in the event that the merchant first refunding an order to store credit.

The "unlock" icon is used on full-page refund flows in Admin UI to communicate to the merchant that they've enabled over-refunding.
