Happened after a major firefox update

Change the z-index in #sidebar-box (in userChrome.css) from 1 to 10 to fix sideberry.

I will try to fix the top bar

Change the width from 100% to 50% on both of the #main-window #urlbar (normal and breakout/breakout-extended) in the userChrome.css, this will not scale well on wider displays but should make the bar more usable
