The algorithm totally doesn't work on Google Search

Using a desktop app for mac I 've cloaked an image being indexed by Google. Next I've fed one to the service
https://www.google.ru/imghp
And Google found it successfully. I've been trying some other images and I've got the same result. What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. I've run several photos through AWS Rekognition, after using low, mid, and high modes on them , and Rekognition was able to identify them almost every time.
