When i type "cd ecoute" Its is saying that it cannot find the file, i have already installed, Python, FFmpeg and extracted the paste to desktop.

Bro you're running command prompt as an administrator... You need to clone the repo and then cd it, you are trying to cd it from system32. Have you used a computer before? This is all wrong
