Stream video from JF http server directly. JF-NMT currently requires mounting NFS or SMB share on NMT to stream

Jellyfin doesn't support proper HTTP HEAD responses so this is currently not possible.

jellyfin/jellyfin#7137 will allow direct streaming to popcorn hour devices.
