CleanBrake Final Exam Home Page doesn't retain Page Lang value between session or page reopens

Description

Every time I reopen CleanBrake Final Exam page 1, it changes the page language attribute value.

Actual Behavior / Observation

I've now seen FR (earlier today), IT (a few minutes ago), and ES (just now), and back to IT (just now again).

Expected Behavior / Recommendation

Until examId=2, page lang is retained between subsequent launches of the Test Page, whether current session or between sessions.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue (if applicable)

1. open the CleanBrake test page 1
2. go to structure and inspect page lang
3. close tab
4. repeat steps 1-3 (because sometimes it gets into a bad state or your session times out and you need to reopen from scratch to work)
