With ANDI open the formatting breaks

Description

the formatting of the page breaks when you open ANDI refreshing makes it better but is still somewhat wrong

Actual Behavior / Observation

the page reformatted when I opened ANDI the left nav bar overtook part of the main page see screenshot below

Expected Behavior / Recommendation

I expect the page to move to accommodate the ANDI tool bar

Please adjust the layout to be 508 compliant
