Slightly OT: icebreakers appear disabled, any idea why?

Heya, a quick question that is unrelated to this library but to the whatsapp general setup.... Which I'm unable to find an anwser for, and meta offers no real support :/
Given this library likely attracts fellow developpers working on the platform, I'm trying my chance here, if ever this feels totally out of place, feel free to delete it I won't take offense :)

So my problem is: I've configured a number with some "icebreaker" questions, meant to apper when a discussion is started... The questions do appear but they are apparently disabled.... Any idea why?
