Things we are going to investigate:

deployment on Heroku (https://devcenter.heroku.com/categories/deploying-with-docker) with a custom Docker image (Make SQLx a player within the game emk/heroku-buildpack-rust#58)
deployment on a self-hosted Dokku (https://dokku.com/docs/getting-started/installation/)
