Total Commander issues

I'm trying to install this plugin to the Total Commander x64. I've unpacked archive content from the latest release to the proper directory (c:\Program Files\totalcmd\plugins\wlx\highlightcommander-1.0.1-win64\) and tried to add the plugin (highlightcommander.wlx64 file) to the Lister:

However, I've got the following error:

Given that, please answer the following questions:

1. Is that OK to use this plugin with x64 version of the Total Commander?
2. Is there any way to troubleshoot why exactly that happens and which particular dependencies are missing?
