[BUG]: CONTRIBUTING misses som app manifest fields, like psmodule, hash and url

Not sure about $schema actually, I think I did figure it out: an optional property, it's a JSON string accepting an URI for a JSON schema https://json-schema.org/; and assumes https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/master/schema.json by default.

I have figured out cookie by analysing the Scoop source code and https://github.com/se35710/scoop-java.git

An optional property, cookie is a JSON object where each property represents a name-value pair. Example below sets header Cookie: oraclelicense=accept-securebackup-cookie (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Headers/Cookie for more information):
