Error in GetHighlight (OpenAI) #31
Description
I keep "exceeding my current quota" when
- my OpenAI dashboard shows that I have no activities
- my OpenAI API key got a response (has been used somehow)
- my account is on a free plan, never spent a cent on it
I would like to know how my account needs to be set up by those of you that can generate videos, or there's some kind of change in the code that I should do.
Also, I downgraded openai without the migration by running pip install openai==0.28 as shown in #27 because I kept getting errors with the newer version
Do I need to migrate/update it?
