Find a new home for Fred

We should move Fred out of Heroku cus we want to have him up 24/7 as our unpaid intern. Also, Sammy is getting tired of keeping him up manually.

Candidates are:

• Azure (Sammy may have credits)
• AWS (Zack may have credits)
• Netlify (In this house we ❤️ Netlify)
