This issue is not limited to a specific configuration.
I have tested both Mihomo and Sing-box.
When using TUN mode on Linux and macOS, it affects running containers, making their mapped ports inaccessible.
Stopping TUN mode restores normal access.
The traffic for the Docker processes during docker pull and the containers created by docker build and docker run should all go through the tun interface—this is currently functioning as expected. However, the ports mapped by Docker should also be able to serve external traffic normally—this currently requires improvement.
