在网站上使用的时候显示翻译成功但是无法下载，在cmd装这个的时候显示C:\Users\憨孩>translate_tex --setkey
'translate_tex' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序
或批处理文件。

无法下载可能是因为我们的网站没有申请安全认证，所以需要你手动打开下载页面保存
