Poster image for blocked content

When requesting an blocked video (age rating, legal, commercial, enddate) Pillarbox still shows the imageUrl of the segment, while Letterbox just shows a black screen.

These are intentionally different behaviors. For Pillarbox, I found it more interesting for the user to display the poster rather than a simple black screen.
