Tag Wiki Edit Monitor

The EditMonitor does a great job finding bad suggested edits. https://github.com/ProgramFOX/SO-EditMonitor

However SE API doesn't return Tag Wikis.

This project tries to catch those and report them in a chat room just like EditMonitor.
