Currently:

Specific rules can't be linked to newcomers because they are unselectable in the rules page. Only the page can be linked. So, for example add rule numbers and be able to access them from https://sobotics.org/rules#SomeRule
Rules aren't extended e.g. there isn't any rule not to ping mods for flaggable issues as mentioned in SOCVR's #18. I am not that experienced in SOBotics, so I thought that there must be more rules that should be included.
