URRS - Don't change cursor to pointer for disabled 'move' options #174

(I'm using URRS v3.3.0)

Upon clicking the "Scan 3K" button, a modal appears with many options across the top. Some of the options relate to a 'manual' list of questions where ROs can add/remove messages manually as needed. If the list is empty, several of these options have their associated button greyed out/disabled.

I would like to see the mouse cursor not change to a pointer when hovering over a disabled button (e.g. it should remain the default arrow cursor). This would serve to better indicate that the buttons are not currently "clickable" elements.

Sounds good. Looks like it affects both the URRS and Archiver.

Oops, I was totally thinking of the Archiver when I posted this. I was just prompted to go look at it when you mentioned in chat that URRS had updated.
