https://docs.deno.com/ にはDenoの発音に関してこのように記述があります：

Deno (/ˈdiːnoʊ/, pronounced dee-no)

そのため，カタカナで表記した場合は「ディーノ」もしくは「ディノ」と表記する方がより元の発音に近いと思われます．
