[SF] DatePicker: year range is not displayed when a year is selected

After clicking the year in DatePicker popup, year range should be displayed on top of the years popup

1. Click date picker to open the popup in https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/docs/inputs-datepicker--docs
2. Click year on top of the popup
3. See the top pf years popup, it's empty

Expected Behaviour

Year range should be displaying on top of popup after year is clicked:
