[Feature Request]: Component where user can select different option of time, date or date range

We are looking for a component which will let us select date or date range or days from now like a UI5 component https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/#/entity/sap.ui.comp.smartfilterbar.SmartFilterBar/sample/sap.ui.comp.sample.smartfilterbar.UseDateRangeType

What’s issues are you facing that this component will fix, can you please provide more explanation?
The example given is with smartfilterbar, will it be used in a smart filter bar? How is it planned to be used? How is it planned to be bound as a value?
What’s the priority of it, what's the time period that this component should be implemented?
What functionality of the control is required? (How many options, as currently we have 52 in openui5)
