Hi, the release notes for this project only include a list of links to closed PRs.

This is pretty useless for the following reasons:

It is not clear whether those PRs were actually merged and are part of the release.
Almost all PRs have no descriptions, the titles only slightly hint at their contents.

Could you improve this?
