Got a recent problem where when starting Yuzu my Dualsense goes into player LED mode. Most of the time the side LEDs are blue and there's one white LED at the botton, but I've also seen it go red with tho white LEDs. This is despite have Xinput slot 1 reserved at all times. I also turned off the setting of player LED mode from "only for multiple controllers" to "off", but it didn't change the behavior. To make it go away I can:
Btw, Ryujinx does not do this. Anybody else experiencing this? |

Yuzu is ignoring/bypassing DS4Windows' virtual controller and directly connecting (and managing) the real DualSense. This is related to the "double input" issue, or how I like to call it, "real controller not hidden issue". This can be avoided by fully hiding your real controller in a way that only DS4Windows can access it, so games/apps can only detect DS4Windows' virtual controllers. Using and configuring the HidHide driver is currently the recommended method of doing so. For more info: Preventing the double controller / double input issue in games |

Are you using DSX perhaps? At least when it works, DSX disables the Enable device hiding option in HidHide on program exit; looks like that function is broken for many people in the current DSX version though. That might be why Yuzu can still see the DualSense even though it is listed in the HidHide devices list. |
