Timeout for DNS Query #175

Thank you for this library, it is proofing useful so far. However, I sometimes run into a situation in which

socketResource.use(s => Dns.resolve(s, DnsPacket(dnsServer,query))).unsafeRunSync()

takes (too) long. Is there a way to provide a timeout?
