at IFAD we are actively using this gem and we like to contribute to Open Source Community as much as we can

There are some no-brainer, non-breaking PRs that can be merged like

• Bump Ruby I18n requirement #1103
• Fix some typos #1094
• Remove redundant encoding #1093
• expose Money::VERSION #1106

Also, money-rails could follow the 7.0 upcoming release by dropping compatibility with legacy Rails versions
