When adding a reward you have to select a place from the list or else it says to fill all fields

Describe the bug
When adding a reward you are prompted with a box to fill in the place. If you type a place and don't click on one of the options that appears, it sets the place to null or '' and therefor breaks the backend

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a reward
2. Fill out place box
3. DON'T CLICK A PLACE FROM THE LIST THAT POPS UP
4. Try to submit reward

Expected behavior
You can add a reward without needing to click from the dropdown. It may need to set that value from the dropdown on navigation to the next page. Check if it is in the list first, if not then don't go to the next page
