With "Start Task Manager at startup" enabled, Start manager ui thinks it's not started #99

With "Start Task Manager at startup" enabled

The button for Stop is disabled and greyed out, and the start button is enabled and clickable, even though the Task Manager is started.

This is how the Task manager should look like (after pressing start, even though it was already started):

Proof the Start manager is actually on, even though the UI says it isn't:
