Link target follow options

When clicking on a link (methods for example), a settings key should allow user to configure goto behavior:

• allFiles: Same as current behavior
• onlyCodeFiles: Filters out header files, unless every target location is a header (e.g. for variant types like AABB)
• first: Goto the first result, without ever showing the goToLocations list
