ADB program for installing a modified version of PoGo seperate to vanilla Pogo on Android.
This also adds a custom network security config file for packet capture using tools such as Fiddler and HttpCanary
I will add support for MacOS and Linux if needed.

USB Connection from your computer to your Android device (reccomended)
USB debugging enabled in developer options (reccomended)
Android 9 (API level 28) and higher: Settings > About Phone > Build Number
Android 8.0.0 (API level 26) and Android 8.1.0 (API level 26): Settings > System > About Phone > Build Number
Android 7.1 (API level 25) and lower: Settings > About Phone > Build Number
Tap the build number a bunch of times until it says developer mode enabled and it will be at the bottom of your settings app
