问题描述

现有模型散落在Hugging Face中，多杂且不全。

拟解决方案

统一规整Hugging Face和modelscope中
引入PaddleOCRModelConvert工具，online转换
完善相关文档，添加现有文本识别模型中已经打包字典等说明，给出手动写入字典的代码。
