文本检测不支持batch, 但是希望未来有个接口暴露识别时候的batch #280

可以理解检测不支持batch, 但是希望未来有个接口暴露识别时候的batch。也就是先多张图片循环检测，检测结果可以一起用batch送入识别

⚠️注意：需要更改现有输入输出参数

该需求需要解决的问题是：

添加文本检测阶段，支持返回对应框坐标的图像数据
允许只识别阶段的输入是batch的文本行图像。

现有最新版本（rapidocr_onnxruntime==1.4.4)

在只有识别阶段，仅支持输入是一个图像。
检测阶段，仅返回框坐标，不支持返回框坐标对应图像数据
