Some radicals do not have an exact structural Unihan equivalent, e.g. ⺄ (U+2E84)

Partially addressed with the kangxiToCJK function here https://github.com/Transfusion/cjk-radical-search/blob/4d0e5ca836e07d265eead8e4314ae6ce42c75740/etl/genBaseForwardReverse.ts#L212-L219
