Description
When interacting with the UI, many users have the need to know "what is in there" in order to know what kinds of query they could make. For some queries, on of the node is not an particular entity value but a category and people often get confused on the definitions of the categories : "should I search for a biolink:ChemicalMixture or a biolink:Drug ? What is the difference?
Showing them the biolink tree viz is particularly useful and I wonder whether the hierarchy (or the proximal hierarchy) could show up as the person go through the category list instead of having a flat list:
Being able to see the proximal tree will help the user decide what level of granularity they would like for their query. Also, it could be useful to have a link next to the category that pop up the biolink definition.
