Blocking individual KPs as they decay #2583
Description
We have noticed that there are several KPs that are problems and we opted to manually block them for now.
infores:automat-robokop is now blocked because it is returned multiple NeverShow edges and causing ARAX to have degraded performance on tests (although weirdly Aragorn passes these tests for reasons that could not be explained)
infores:knowledge-collaboratory has started timing out all the time and severely degrading ARAX performance because it is always waiting for this service to time out.
