PMF-5.1 Cursor issue

i have an issue on the Armata and K-17 where the PMF-5.1 screen does not respond to any cursor inputs, attached is a video to illustrate.
i have verified Reforger files, reinstalled Status Quo and tried to deactivate some background programs.

any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated, i've asked other people who had similar issues who told me it went away one day but i hope adding this issue could maybe help resolve this once and for all.
