Spectrum Device doesn't work

The spectrum device is broken been wanting to use it on conflict but seems nonfunctional.

Please explain what doesn't work, what are the exact steps to reproduce...

Okay, so the display seems to work, but none of the "noise" that's supposed to be displayed appears, and I cannot see any real signals besides the radio towers you can place, even in perfect conditions. This is on the ps5 so I have no clue if its functional on pc or not.

Unlikely we can fix it as we cant debug on ps5.

Xbox also has the same issue.
