Any pouch presets that have the zip-on or minimap, and a holster result in an incompatibility. The incompatibility is that you cannot get the sidearm to go into the holster slot, it appears that it only wants to go inside the slot for the minimap or zip-on. I've tried upping the priority value as a test and that had no effect on it.
