Cannot find include file "nvtt.h" at path

Hi, I'm trying to compile this on Fedora 39 and I'm getting the following errors dependency:

-- ...Cannot find imported library: bc6h bc6h_LIBRARY_RELEASE-NOTFOUND
-- ...Cannot find imported library: bc7 bc7_LIBRARY_RELEASE-NOTFOUND

I installed nvidia-texture-tools-devel but it doesn't help
