Compatibility with `fabricloader>=0.17.0`

### Describe the crash

Some mods now require at least `0.17.0` of `fabricloader`.

In my case that is
- `PuzzlesLib-v21.8.6-1.21.8-Fabric`
- `ForgeConfigAPIPort-v21.8.1-1.21.8-Fabric`
