Quilt is not compatible with Flashback mod

Hi there,

I'm trying to use Flashback with Quilt, but when I try to export a replay, the game crashes. Apparently I'm not alone : https://discord.com/channels/1257203701349875753/1285008768207294524

The Flashback devs explained that this is a Quilt issue, and they can't fix it.
So I am opening this issue here.

This is the exact error I have. Apparently while flashback tries to load https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv, something in Quilt is making it attempt to load it twice, and crashes the game cause the file can't be loaded twice.
