In the Setting up a Development Environment page, there shall be a disclaimer for everyone that isn't making their mod in the last version of minecraft, that it's better to just use the Mod generator and downgrade the quilt.mod.json dependencies.
Why should this be added to the wiki?
I've wasted the past 3 hours trying to figure out why i couldn't use the Reflective Config, after asking in the official Quilt discord, someone told me to create a new project using the mod generator, instead of downloading the 1.19.2 github template;
I think that many people must have leaved mod development for little things like that.
Where in the wiki should this go?

I'll get this done! I want to note that the quilt config version is tied to loader -- you just need the latest version of loader in order to access reflective configs.
