Is there a compilation pass for Litinski transformation?

Hi @mkrompiec, thanks for the question.

If I understand the qiskit docs correctly I think the PauliExponentials should be something like what you want.

This pass converts a circuit into a sequence of Pauli exponentials (represented by PauliExpBox(es) followed by a Clifford circuit. Actually the docstring for PauliExponentials should be improved.

There's possibly a subtlety about non-Clifford Rz angles but let me know if you have any issues.

Actually after checking with a colleague one difference is that PauliExponentials doesn't produce the end-of-cricuit Pauli measurements. You'll just have some standard Z basis measurements after the Clifford circuit.
