为证券投资学2023年创建一个文件夹。目前是裸露的文件在top level。
动物医学专业课清晰的PR可以放在一个大文件夹下。
将 https://qsctech.github.io/zju-icicles 放在README

一个激进的想法：用organizations 分一些repo？ refer： https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/collaborating-with-groups-in-organizations/about-organizations
