Tracking: Combat

This issue tracks the refinement of the combat system, including projectile weapons, defensive tools, and damage calculation accuracy

Implemented

  • Basic Melee Attack (Living Entities and Players)
  • Tool-based Damage Calculation (Correct tool scaling)
  • Vanilla Knockback Logic
  • Attack Speed / Cooldown Indicator (Latest version timing)

Equipment

  • Bows (Charging logic, arrow velocity, and accuracy)
  • Crossbows (Loading states and fire logic)
  • Shields (Blocking mechanic, cooldown on axe hit, and damage reduction)
  • Tridents (Thrown and melee states)

Mechanics & Refinement

  • Critical Hit logic (Falling state check)
  • Damage Invulnerability frames (iFrames)
  • Sweep Attack (Logic and particles)
  • Enchantment integration (Sharpness, Power, etc.)
  • Status Effect integration (Strength, Weakness, etc.)
  • 1.8 Combat
