Remember your retweets, and don't offer to retweet them again.

Easier/more likely to retweet people from the channel.

If there are enough people, check for tweets even if they aren't speaking.

Offer to retweet a tweet that mentioned your channel (maybe if name is trusted / mutual follow)

Mark mention as spam

Maybe auto-retweet posted tweets that already have 2+ retweets by channel members.
