How did you install the plugin?
If you copied the entire Vanillafier folder into your ServerPlugins folder, it will not work

You need to copy the single DLL plugin file:
If you downloaded as ZIP and extracted (or git cloned), the DLL file is at Vanillafier-master\Vanillafier\build\Vanillafier.dll
Copy only the Vanillafier.dll file into your ServerPlugins folder (ServerPlugins\Vanillafier.dll)

Then run
vanillafy
not "vanillafier", it's "vanillafy" without the "er"
