Incorrect time displayed when loading a HAR

Description

When loading some HAR files, the time column (and time summary) are showing the wrong time, and displaying the time when proxyman opened/parsed the entries

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take this file as input:
   bodylogger_10a0a39c24-5190b116-1811-4223-923f-6d9f8acb1899.har.zip

2. Note that the startedDateTime of the first entry is 2026-01-13T15:41:11.497000

3. Open in Proxyman

4. Observe that now the timing is all the current clock time (more or less)

Expected Behavior

Ideally, this file should be usable as is and Proxyman should show the correct time in the column.
Alternatively please indicate what data is missing with it to get Proxyman to show the correct time info. This HAR is generated by one of my scripts, so I can modify as needed.

Environment

• Proxyman Version 6.3.0 (60300)
• macOS: Version 15.6.1 (Build 24G90)

Basically, your startedDateTime is incorrect time format. The HAR 1.2 requires

startedDateTime [string] - Date and time stamp for the beginning of the page load ([ISO 8601](http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime) - YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sTZD, e.g. 2009-07-24T19:20:30.45+01:00).

and your time is 2026-01-13T15:41:19.711000 without the timezone.

I checked and all apps that can opening the HAR file like Paw, Charles Proxy, ..., which can't open it. Except Proxyman, even though Proxyman fallbacks to the now() time.

This build will support this format, so it will work 👍
