Breakpoint layout is broken if the Breakpoint is empty

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a Response Breakpoint
2. Execute the breakpoint

Current Behavior

• The URL doesn't hide

Expected Behavior

• Should Hide the URL if there is no active breakpoint

Environment

• App version: e.g Proxyman 3.9.0
• macOS version: e.g macOS Monterey
