Let users update the material types

Currently users can only create a new material type, but updating is not allowed. It should be possible to update material types. This includes:

• Changing the name of the type.
• Changing it's parent (as long as this still gives a valid tree).
• Deleting the type (as long it isn't a parent or has materials).
